Corinthian Wellness Spa is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Aesthetic Assistant to support our aesthetics team and help deliver an outstanding experience for every client. This position combines client service, treatment preparation, clinical support, scheduling assistance, and operational responsibilities. We are looking for a dependable team member who enjoys supporting both clients and providers while ensuring seamless daily operations.
IMPORTANT:
This role is not intended as a pathway to becoming an aesthetic provider. We are seeking candidates interested in a long-term career supporting medical aesthetics operations and client care.
- This is an onsite position in Southlake, TX.
- Availability for some evening and Saturday shifts is required.
- Candidates must not be licensed Aestheticians.
- Candidates must not be currently enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, an aesthetics program.
Compensation
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Performance-based incentives available
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist medical clients throughout their visit.
- Assist clients with intake paperwork, medical clearances, and documentation.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, linens, and post-treatment materials.
- Apply and reapply numbing agents according to established protocols.
- Assist providers during medical aesthetic procedures and treatments.
- Ensure treatment rooms are sanitized, stocked, and prepared for each appointment
- Support scheduling, waitlist management, appointment confirmations, and client callbacks.
- Assist with inventory, event preparation, room organization, and special projects.
- Support social media and marketing initiatives as requested.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, medical office, luxury retail, dental, or spa environments preferred.
- Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice experience preferred but not required.
- Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to Southlake, TX.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Schedule
- Some evening shifts required.
- Saturday availability required.
- Occasional flexibility to support after-hours client appointments.
