We are hiring a Construction Laborer with general carpentry/framing experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow in all areas of residential construction.
What You’ll Do
- Work on framing, siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior finishes
- Assisting crew with site preparation and concrete work
- Help with residential framing and punch-list items
- Work daily in the field alongside the crew
- Assist with gutter installation and exterior trim and windows
- Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience working on construction sites is REQUIRED
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to carry out framing, siding, and other construction tasks
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Willing to learn multiple aspects of construction
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged manual labor on construction sites.
