Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Leather Worker located in the Austin area to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing high-quality leather products. Your expertise will help bring to life premium leather goods, ensuring each piece meets our rigorous standards of craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of high-end tools and machinery, contributing to the creation of exceptional leather items.
Duties
- Cut out pre-designed products using clicker press with die cuts
- Tape/assemble products
- Huge plus if you can sew leather products using industrial sewing machine
- Heat stamp logos on products
- Huge plus if you can attend events and perform live heat stamping
Experience
- Proven experience in leatherworking with portfolio
- Experience using tools such as hand press, clicker press, bell skiver, heat stamper
- Experience with industrial sewing machine a plus
