Diverse Lynx LLC is actively seeking an experienced nursing leader for an Emergency Department leadership opportunity at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Location: Woodhull Medical Center – Brooklyn, NY
Department: Adult Emergency Services
Role: ED Nurse Supervisor / Associate DON Level
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 35 Hours/Week
Start Date: 06/10/2026 (Flexible)
1 Weekend Shift Required Per Month
Pay range-$95/hr-$98/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support nursing operations and patient care initiatives
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers to monitor unit performance and implement corrective action plans
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Develop systems for medication error tracking and documentation compliance
- Support staff performance management and operational excellence within the ED
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of nursing experience required Minimum 5 years in supervisory/leadership role required
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required Active NY RN License required
NYSED Primary Source Verification required AHA BLS Certification required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required Master’s Degree preferred
Ideal candidates will have strong Hospital leadership, operational management, staff supervision, and quality improvement experience within acute care hospital environments.
Pay: $95.00 - $98.00 per hour
