Global Connection is transforming a 39-acre campus in Northeast Ohio into a vibrant center for education, entrepreneurship, innovation, mentorship, and community engagement.
We believe learning happens not only in classrooms, but through meaningful relationships, real-world experiences, and collaboration across generations and professions. Our goal is to create a campus where students, educators, entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders can learn and grow together.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and relationship-oriented individual to help activate campus assets, cultivate strategic partnerships, attract mission-aligned organizations and tenants, and identify sustainable revenue opportunities that support our educational mission.

Key Areas of Focus
- Develop relationships with businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and community organizations
- Identify and pursue opportunities to better utilize campus facilities and assets
- Support office, meeting space, and campus leasing initiatives
- Attract mission-aligned businesses, professionals, and organizations to the campus
- Assist in developing innovation, leadership, workforce development, and community programs
- Create opportunities for student mentorship, internships, job shadowing, and real-world learning experiences
- Identify new revenue opportunities that strengthen the long-term sustainability of the campus
- Represent Global Connection within the broader community and build strategic partnerships
Ideal Candidate
You may have experience in:

Flexible Structure
