We’re looking for a skilled Roofing Journeyman who takes pride in their work and can help deliver the high-quality results our customers expect.

Responsibilities
- Tear off, install, repair, and replace roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofs are required)
- Support crews in completing daily job tasks safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specs
- Identify roofing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow all safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of roofing systems.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and follow job scopes and installation plans.
- Knowledge of local building codes and roofing regulations.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably at heights
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Oʻahu
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
