Dietary Aide
Job Summary:
Kinzua Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at our state-of-the-art Warren, Pennsylvania facility. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by assisting in the preparation and service of meals. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences
Assist with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, and assembling salads
Clean and sanitize the kitchen and dining areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
Restock supplies and restock food and beverages as needed
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special events and activities
Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and resident satisfaction surveys

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts or related experience a plus
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
