Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, compressors, and general building infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment to minimise downtime.

Complete routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily facilities checks.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests across office and production environments.

Oversee contractors and support small facilities improvement projects.

Assist with the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures.

Operate forklifts, cranes, and light construction equipment where required.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a production environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or building systems.

Experience with HVAC, compressors, generators, forklifts, or similar industrial equipment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
