Key Responsibilities:
- Connecting and engaging with our patients to build meaningful relationships
- Learning and utilizing modern dental technology including iTero, Cerec, etc.
- Communicating positively and professionally with patients and team members alike
- Educating patients on their oral needs to create value for treatment
- Presenting treatment options with confidence to generate case acceptance
- Guiding appointment flow to keep the schedule running efficiently for both patients and doctors
- Working within the team to complete all daily tasks, lab work, and patient communications
