OVERALL FUNCTION
The responsibility of the Administrative Support position is to serve as the first impression for the agency and assist with the administrative work of the office as needed. In addition, this role supports the Talent Acquisition Team and the Development Team with coordination tasks.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Process outgoing mail
- Maintain the reception area, mail room, conference rooms & kitchen daily including stocking of refrigerators
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies & kitchen supplies
- Maintain reception tv with current announcements & information
- Process facility requests such as room reservations in the building shared space
- Candidate scheduling & next step communication
- Create & distribute weekly reports to leadership including Warm Leads Report, Candidate & Sourcing Report, GDD Quarterly Breakdown
- Assessment distribution & oversight
- Complete and/or assist with projects assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service skills beneficial
- Computer and Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to handle detailed work with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work among different departments
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational & communication skills
- Ability to take independent action to make sound decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
