We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Respiratory Therapist to support respiratory and home medical equipment services throughout the greater White Plains, NY service area. This position includes both in-office coverage and on-call field support for patients requiring respiratory equipment setup and assistance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide respiratory support services in both clinical and patient home settings
- Assist with CPAP/BiPAP setup, refits, and patient education
- Support vent, trach, and suction-related services
- Travel throughout assigned counties to complete patient visits and service requests
- Respond to on-call service needs as required
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication with clinical leadership
- Deliver compassionate, professional patient care while following company protocols
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time rotating days to include weekends
- 9a-5p
- Combination of in-office (10%) and field coverage (90%)
- Flexible availability preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
- RT license is required
- Experience with respiratory or home medical equipment services preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in both office and field environments
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable traveling throughout assigned service areas
- On-call availability required
