RN Unit Manager – LTC (Long-Term Care)
Location: 17 Bennoch Rd, Orono, ME 04473
Duration: 14 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $60–$70/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure quality resident care, supervise nursing staff, and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Maine (or compact license, if applicable)
- Previous LTC and Unit Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
- Experience with care planning, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Additional Information:
- 14-week assignment with potential for extension
- 40 hours guaranteed per week
- Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted and may be considered at a lower rate
