REPORTS TO: Lead Server
SUMMARY: Primary responsibilities include, working as a team to professionally & courteously serve all customers while upholding the restaurant values.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years or older
Food & Beverage experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time & repetitive hand/wrist motions
Ability to lift heavy objects above 50lbs
Work with hot, cold, & hazardous chemicals/equipment
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE:
Understanding of the full Menu including the Beverage Menu
Practices Food & Alcohol Safety, in accordance to the VA Health Department & Virginia ABC
Upholds Sanitary & Cleanliness practices for food handling & cleanliness throughout the restaurant
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Maintains a neat & clean appearance
Possesses a strong work ethic
Practices honesty & integrity at all times
Communication with team members, other departments, & leadership
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Respects & maintains a good working relationship with other team members, departments, & leaders
