Andy's Air Conditioning LLC is a growing, locally owned HVAC company built on honest work and reliable service. We're expanding our fleet and looking for a skilled technician to join us as we grow — this is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that's investing in its team and its trucks.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential (and/or light commercial) HVAC systems
- Perform installations, tune-ups, and emergency service calls
- Operate and maintain a company-provided service truck
- Communicate clearly with customers about diagnostics, options, and pricing
- Keep accurate service records and complete paperwork/CRM updates after each job
- Represent the company professionally on every call — we build our reputation one job at a time
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC service/install experience
- EPA 608 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule/route
- Strong communication skills — you'll often be the only face of the company a customer sees
- Reliable, on-time, and takes pride in quality work

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, plus rotating on-call/emergency availability - OT will be provided.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
