Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess proficient computer skills and have some experience in office tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records for efficient office operations.
- Assist in calendar management, data entry, tracking systems, and coordinating within a team environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for document preparation, including proofreading and formatting reports.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Deliver outstanding customer support through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
- Manage clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing tracking systems, and organizing office materials.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or office management is preferred but not mandatory.
