The Sales Operations, Manager will spearhead the Commercial workstream for Brickworks’ group-wide business optimization program.
This pivotal role will work with the existing sales leadership team to oversee the implementation of commercial strategy initiatives across channels and markets in North America. The person in this role will also work closely with the broader Brickworks team to drive sales growth, best practices, and enhance Sales Ops processes to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Loading of delivery trucks in a safe and timely manner
- Experience within manufacturing or a similar environment preferred
- Self-motivated with good time management is essential
- A successful candidate must be able to work rotating shifts
- Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot required
- Previous forklift experience
- Must be able to rotate shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 + years’ experience operating a forklift
- Material handling experience preferably in the building products industry preferred
