Rock It Man LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has experience with landscape installation, planting, and operating light-duty trucks.
Responsibilities:
Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, and other landscape materials
Assist with landscape design, layout, and plant placement
Read and follow landscape plans
Perform grading, edging, mulching, and general landscape installation
Make deliveries of mulch, topsoil, sand, gravel, and other materials using a small dump truck
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Requirements:
Previous landscaping experience is required
Experience with planting, landscape layout, and design is preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Comfortable driving a small dump truck and towing equipment (preferred)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
