Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help drive business growth by promoting and selling our advanced computing solutions, including embedded computers, industrial tablets, and related hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop B2B customer relationships across industrial, manufacturing, automation, and enterprise markets requiring embedded computing solutions and industrial tablets.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, quotations, customer follow-up, e-commerce transactions, order coordination, and post-sale support.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and professional service.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasting data within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to embedded systems and industrial computing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in technical sales, B2B hardware sales, industrial electronics, embedded systems, or related industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with embedded computers, industrial tablets, electronics, test equipment, Android, Linux, or related technologies is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or customer account management is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Base Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour +commission
- (Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical knowledge, qualifications, and overall fit.)
