What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA/CDC infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Manage clinical supplies and help keep the schedule running efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Virginia dental radiology certification (required)
- Knowledge of digital dentistry and electronic dental records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with a genuine desire to help patients
