CoSM Dishwasher - Job Description (Part-Time to Full-Time):
Dishwasher shifts are from 11am – 8pm with two half hour unpaid breaks, unless otherwise noted. This part to full time position includes shifts Wednesday through Sunday. Meals are provided on working days. Weekend availability is required. Please note that housing is not provided with this position. The ideal candidate speaks some English, but fluency is not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing dishwashing and cleanup tasks throughout the shift
- Cleaning and restocking the kitchen and dining areas
The ideal candidate has some experience working in kitchens, can lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. This physically active role requires standing for extended periods and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. A friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take direction are essential. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities during events is also required.
