The Role
We are seeking a motivated RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers safe, efficient, patient-centered care. This position is ideal for experienced OR nurses and perioperative nurses ready to grow into the OR.
This role requires a strong work ethic, adaptability, and stamina to handle repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced surgical environment, while actively contributing to a professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room
- Prepare operating rooms, patients, and equipment for scheduled procedures
- Perform patient positioning, safety checks, and intraoperative support
- Maintain sterile technique and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff to ensure smooth case flow
- Contribute to a professional, accountable, and team-oriented work culture

Required Qualifications
- Active Arkansas RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Comfortable working independently in a clinical setting
- Able to safely push/pull patient beds and wheelchairs
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- (OR experience preferred but not required)

- Monday-Friday | Day shift

- Onsite - Hot Springs, AR
