Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their current fitness level and health goals
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on individual needs and goals
- Monitor patients during exercise sessions to ensure proper form and technique
- Provide health coaching and education to patients on topics such as nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle modifications
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and make adjustments to exercise programs as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR system (eClinicalWorks)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
- Certification as an Exercise Physiologist (e.g., ACSM, NSCA)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience conducting patient assessments and developing exercise programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
