Overview
We are looking for a technical Implementation Specialist to drive the integration and deployment of our clinical software solutions. This is a critical role requiring a former Clinical Systems or Integration Analyst who understands the full lifecycle of orders and results workflows. You will be the primary technical expert responsible for configuring interfaces and ensuring seamless data exchange between disparate healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloverleaf Configuration: Design, build, and maintain HL7 interfaces using the Infor Cloverleaf integration engine.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize clinical workflows specifically for order entry and results delivery, ensuring data integrity across EMR and ancillary systems.
- Interface Management: Lead the implementation of incoming results and outgoing orders, including message translations and Tcl coding as needed.
- System Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including integrated testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple client implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 support for complex integration issues, performing root cause analysis on interface failures.
Required Qualifications
- Analyst Experience: 3-5+ years as a Clinical Systems Analyst or Integration Analyst in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Interface Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Cloverleaf (v6.x or higher preferred), including configuration, message routing, and monitoring.
- Clinical Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Clinical Orders and Results workflows (HL7, ORM, ORU) and how they impact patient care.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HL7 standards, TCP/IP, and data mapping.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Certification: Cloverleaf Level 2 or 3 certification is highly desirable.
- EMR Experience: Prior experience with Epic (Bridges), Cerner, or Meditech integration.
- Scripting: Proficiency in Tcl/Tk or similar scripting languages for advanced message translation.
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm EST. Weekends may be required.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $72,800.00 per year (or $35.00 per hour)
Pay Range Maximum: $84,989.00 per year (or $40.86 per hour)

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
