Part-Time Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator
Trisha Paterson Collection is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to help manage inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and the day-to-day organization of our fashion business.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys organization, works efficiently and independently, and takes pride in ensuring that every order is prepared beautifully and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming merchandise and verify quantities against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Organize clothing inventory by style, color, size, and collection.
- Maintain accurate physical inventory and assist with regular stock counts.
- Update and reconcile inventory in Shopify to ensure online inventory matches physical stock.
- Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders for shipment.
- Prepare wholesale orders for boutiques and other retail partners.
- Create shipping labels and coordinate shipments with appropriate carriers.
- Ensure every customer order is beautifully and carefully packaged in keeping with the Trisha Paterson Collection brand.
- Track outgoing shipments and help resolve shipping issues when necessary.
- Receive and process customer returns and exchanges.
- Inspect returned merchandise and return eligible pieces to inventory.
- Help prepare and organize inventory for wholesale appointments, trunk shows, photo shoots, and seasonal collections.
- Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and efficient inventory and packing area.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or low-stock items and report them promptly.
- Assist with other light operational and administrative tasks as needed.
The Ideal Candidate

- Comfortable working independently
- Efficient and able to prioritize tasks
- Careful when handling luxury clothing and delicate fabrics
- Comfortable using computers and learning Shopify and shipping platforms
- Able to accurately follow procedures and double-check their work
- Positive, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed in a growing fashion business
Previous experience with Shopify, fashion inventory, e-commerce fulfillment, retail operations, or shipping is an asset but not essential for the right person.
Position
Part-time, with hours depending on order volume and business needs.
This is a hands-on role and requires the ability to receive merchandise, organize inventory, pack orders, and prepare shipments.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
