Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their visit, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Assist customers with inquiries, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Open to train and work all shifts as needed.
- Operate Opera property management system accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, receipts and guest check in and out.
- Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and highlighting relevant items or promotions
- Maintain visual standards by stocking panty, organizing displays, and keeping neat clean work space.
- Practice excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support hotel operations and sales goals through effective communication, suggestive selling, and friendly engagement
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel customer service operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Familiarity with Opera Property management system, cash and credit card procedures enhances performance in this role.
- Experience working in IHG, Hilton, or Marriott Hotels is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism are essential.
- A positive attitude combined with excellent phone etiquette will help build lasting guest relationships
