Tutu Fun is hiring a full-time Seasonal Packing & Inventory Associate to assist with a large volume of incoming squishy toy products.
The main responsibility of this position is to remove products from their original packaging, inspect and count each item, place the products into new retail packaging and sort the completed inventory for distribution to different Tutu Fun store locations.
This is a temporary seasonal position expected to last through approximately September 2026. The exact end date may change slightly depending on shipment volume and business needs.
This position is best suited for someone who is careful, organized, dependable and able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Open incoming cartons and unpack squishy toy products.
- Remove products from their original packaging.
- Inspect products for visible damage, defects or packaging issues.
- Count products carefully and verify quantities.
- Place products into designated retail boxes or packaging.
- Apply product labels, barcode labels or store labels as instructed.
- Sort and separate products for different Tutu Fun store locations.
- Pack completed products into clearly labeled store transfer boxes.
- Record completed quantities and report any missing or incorrect inventory.
- Keep different products, quantities and store orders clearly separated.
- Organize boxes, packaging materials and completed merchandise.
- Move incoming and completed cartons within the inventory workspace.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized packing area.
- Notify management immediately if quantities do not match or products are damaged.
- Assist with other temporary packing and inventory tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Full-time availability during the seasonal employment period.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to count products accurately.
- Ability to follow packing lists and written instructions.
- Ability to work quickly without mixing up products or store orders.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable performing repetitive packing, counting and labeling work.
- Ability to stay organized while working with multiple products at the same time.
- Ability to work independently after receiving instructions.
- Previous packing, warehouse, fulfillment, inventory or stockroom experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic experience using Google Sheets, Excel or inventory lists is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
Applicants must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Repeatedly bending, reaching, packing, labeling and sorting products.
- Lifting, carrying and moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Performing repetitive hand movements associated with opening boxes and repackaging merchandise.
- Working efficiently in a back-of-house packing and inventory environment.
Schedule
- Full-time seasonal schedule.
- Approximately 35–40 hours per week.
- Weekday daytime availability is preferred.
- Schedule may vary depending on incoming shipment volume.

The position is currently expected to end around September 2026. Continued employment after the seasonal period is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs, job performance and available positions.
