Job Description: To be the best part of our patient’s day. You will either have previous Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience or Dental/Orthodontic assisting experience.
You will learn all facets of low pressure orthodontic sales skills needed to uncover and remove obstacles for patients wanting to start treatment and to do what we do best-create stunning smiles and raving fans.

Job Requirements:
- Case Acceptance & Conversion – Your Main goal is to help patients commit to treatment by uncovering concerns and addressing objections and ensuring they understand the value of orthodontic care. Low pressure sales strategies.
- New Patient Consultations – Meet with potential patients and their families, explain treatment options (braces, Invisalign, etc.), and answer any questions. Will be responsible for photos, xrays, and digital scans on new patients.
- Presenting Treatment Plans – Review the orthodontist’s recommendations and explain the proposed treatment, estimated duration, and expected results.
- Financial Coordination – Discuss the cost of treatment, payment options, insurance benefits, and financing plans. Must be comfortable discussing fees.
- Building Relationships – Help patients feel comfortable, address concerns, and build trust in the practice.
- Scheduling & Follow-Ups – Coordinate the next steps, such as scheduling records and the first appointment for braces or aligners. Will be responsible for completing pending sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent patient service and customer service skills
Bonuses are available based on number of orthodontic starts and retainer insurance plans sold.
One day per week in our Palm Coast satellite office will be necessary. Should you be chosen for an interview, a DISC personality assessment will be given. (If you know yours, tell us in your letter or video!)
