As a Locum NP or PA in Cardiothoracic Surgery, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to patients. You will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals, providing essential support in surgical procedures and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their healthcare journey.
- Assist in pre-operative assessments and evaluations

Provide care during and after surgical procedures

Monitor patient progress and manage post-operative recovery

Collaborate with the surgical team on treatment plans

Document patient information and update medical records

Educate patients and families on post-operative care

Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards

Respond to patient inquiries and provide support as needed
- Associate degree in Nursing or a related field

Valid NP or PA certification and state licensure

Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery or a relevant clinical setting

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
