Lamers Bus Lines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Rep to join our growing team in the Motor Coach Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You’ll work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
At Lamers Bus Lines, we are committed to excellence in passenger transportation. As part of our charter motor coach team, you will play a crucial role in trip planning, customer relations, and securing motor coach bookings for schools, athletic teams, community groups, businesses, and more.
- Generate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage trip reservations, enter trip details, provide accurate price quotes, and confirm bookings.
- Communicate professionally via email and phone to coordinate trips.
- Utilize standard office software and charter booking systems to ensure seamless trip scheduling.
- Position requires ability to pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a CDL with endorsements.
- Strong attention to detail and listening skills to ensure precise trip planning.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable using computers and booking software.
- Previous experience in transportation, travel coordination, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work well in a team setting.
