In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining client properties using high-pressure washing equipment. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (occasional weekends)
Pay rate starting at $18.00/hr.

Has ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted

Exhibits attention to detail and has ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Operate pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as:

Building Exteriors
-
Sidewalks and Courtyards

Equipment
-
Parking lots
-
Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functionality

Maintain equipment, hoses, and work tools in good condition

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Prepare job sites, including setting up cones, hoses, and barriers

Communicate with customers professionally and address any concerns
Complete assigned jobs efficiently and to company quality standards
High school diploma/GED is preferred.
Required:

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must have a Valid driver’s license
-
Previous pressure washing or general labor experience (preferred but not required)

Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

Skill in using hand and power tools.

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Basic computer skills preferred.
