Overview
A Recruiting Specialist is an integral part of the Human Resources team, tasked with identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for an organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. From crafting compelling job postings to conducting thorough interviews, a Recruiting Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and contributing to the organization's overall success.
Duties
- · Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
· Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
· Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ReThink)
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
· Negotiate job offers and advise on compensation packages.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
· Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
