Cafe Terracotta is the new all day Mediterranean cafe from James Beard award-winning chef Spike Gjerde. Each day, Terracotta bring locally sourced food to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Medical staff and faculty enjoy a variety of bowls, flatbreads, wraps, and prepared foods.
We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PM Line Cook assembling bowls, flatbreads, and wraps to order along with light prep duties. The schedule for the role is Monday to Friday 12pm-7.30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Work to established standards preparing made to order food.
- Follow sanitation guidelines from hospital and Ecco.
- Maintain an upbeat attitude.
- Ensure station is stocked and closing responsibilities are followed each day.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
