Tracer Imaging is a specialty photo printing company producing high-quality custom photo products for customers across North America. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in producing quality work, and is willing to learn. Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Assistant, you’ll work alongside our production team to manufacture and prepare a variety of custom photo products. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist throughout the production process, including printing, finishing, assembly,
- packaging, and shipping.
- Read and follow work orders and production instructions.
- Prepare materials and workstations for manufacturing.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Package products for shipment while ensuring they meet company quality
- standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Help maintain inventory levels by restocking production stations.
- Learn to safely operate production equipment and machinery.
- Assist with routine equipment cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
- Cross-train in multiple production areas and assist where needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.

- Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working at a standing workstation.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Is willing to learn new skills and operate a variety of production equipment.
- Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
Experience That Is Helpful (But Not Required)
Experience in any of the following is considered a plus:
- Manufacturing or production environments.
- Print shop or sign shop experience.
- Packaging and shipping.
- Operating production equipment or machinery.
- Large-format printers, laminators, or CNC equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
Training will be provided for all equipment and processes.

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour
