Part-Time Front Desk & Studio Assistant (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Part-Time | 17 Hours Per Week
TamiCo. Dancing is looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Front Desk & Studio Assistant to join our team in the Bronx. This position is the first point of contact for our students and families and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
If you enjoy working with children, have excellent customer service skills, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages in English and Spanish
- Assist families with registration, enrollment, and account questions
- Process payments and maintain accurate student records
- Track attendance and communicate important studio updates
- Support recital, showcase, and special event preparation
- Keep the front desk and lobby organized and welcoming
- Assist studio management with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with children and families is a plus
Schedule
- Approximately 17 hours per week
- Afternoon and evening availability required
- Saturday availability required
Pay
Starting at $17 per hour, based on experience
