Job description: Commercial Painting Project Manager
Location: Travel-based (3–4 days/week in the field) | based out of Atlanta, Georgia, traveling the East Coast
Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 base + 10–20%+ bonus | Company truck included

Graydaze is one of the largest commercial painting contractors in the country and the dominant player in the industrial warehouse and data center sector. As we continue to grow nationally, we’re seeking a Project Manager in the Eastern region who can run projects from the field across the East Coast with real autonomy and accountability. Office is in Roswell, GA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage data center painting projects ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000, from material procurement through final punch list
- Coordinate labor, scheduling, and sequencing with the customer’s field team and other trades on site
- Perform and interpret field takeoffs for tilt panel, tenant improvement, data center, and commercial repaint projects
- Handle change order proposals, work authorizations, and field orders
- Monitor budget performance and submit monthly Estimate to Complete cost reports
- Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and a clean jobsite from mobilization through closeout
What We’re Looking For
- Background in construction project management, with experience coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and budgets across active jobsites
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating across ownership, GCs, and field crews
- Strong communicator who can negotiate, coordinate, and hold others accountable without being handed a playbook
- Organized and detail-oriented: you track your budgets, your change orders, and your commitments
- Comfortable on the road 3–4 days per week on average across the Southeast. We go to our job sites, and the right person is built for that
