*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and supporting young learners in their development.
*Duties*
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Support in creating engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Help with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Assist with individualized instruction for children with diverse learning needs, including working with children on the autism spectrum
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in childcare or preschool setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
