Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals across various industries.
Duties
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs and demonstrating the value of our products or services
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical sales support, and maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Assists with identifying business prospects, and growing and retaining advertising sales from local, regional, and national businesses
- Assumes ownership of assigned client relationships and cultivates successful business relationships
- Responds to current and prospective client inquiries; resolves issues with a sense of urgency
- Develops and presents persuasive proposals and presentations
- Communicates features and benefits of our products and services effectively and persuasively, using client-centered sales strategies
- Ability to work effectively, collaborate and communicate with internal departments
- Understanding of media, marketing, and advertising principles, and the ability to integrate and communicate these principles in sales presentations and proposals
- Take lead on pitches to clients and develop custom presentations for short and long-term opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a high degree of professionalism
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, business development strategies, and outbound calling techniques
- Ability to work independently, extremely self-driven and self-manageable while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively, collaborate and communicate with internal departments

Pay: $63,823.56 - $76,862.78 per year
