What You’ll Do
As a Crew Chief, you lead a small team (1–3 people) through daily jobs while working alongside them.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role.
You will:
- Lead your crew on residential and commercial jobs
- Interact directly with customers and represent the company
- Set pricing and guide customers through the process
- Load, remove, and haul items (furniture, debris, etc.)
- Keep jobs running efficiently and safely
- Hold your team accountable to performance standards

This role is physically demanding. You will:
- Lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs regularly)
- Be on your feet most of the day
