Responsibilities
-
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.

Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children.

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.

Follow all health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary.

Assist with diapering, feeding, and other caregiving responsibilities as needed.

Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning environment aligned with developmental best practices.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
-
1 year of childcare/teaching experience (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!)
