Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Interior Door Production Team. This is a great opportunity to begin a career in manufacturing with paid training and opportunities for advancement. Employees will start by learning the door preparation process, including cutting materials for door jambs and becoming familiar with the materials used to manufacture interior doors.
Employees who demonstrate excellent attendance, strong performance, and follow company policies—including no cell phone use on the production floor—are eligible for pay increases and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Cut materials to the proper lengths for interior door jambs.
- Learn the materials and components used in interior door manufacturing.
- Assemble door components according to quality standards.
- Inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read a tape measure is preferred.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent attendance and dependable work ethic.
