Bear's Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a dependable pharmacy technician to become apart of the Bear's family. We are looking for technician that will run our front registers. You will undertake other tasks under the direction of a pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly. As a pharmacy technician you must be detail-oriented and reliable. You must possess excellent communication skills as well as aptitude in using computers.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers
- Check out all customers at the register
- Perform open, mid-day, and closing duties
- Fill prescriptions if needed
Skills & Requirements
- 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred but not required
- Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) license is required
- Experience with PioneerRX computer system is a plus
- Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Reliable with a keen eye for detail
- Able to lift up to 30lbs and stand for 8 hours

- Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
