Schedule: Full-time, current office hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation Structure:
- Percentage of Collections with Floor: Greater of $800-$1,000 per day (based on experience) or 30-35% of provider collections
- Earning Potential: $180,000 - $280,000+ annually based on productivity
- Transition details and specific terms outlined in employment contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse patient base
- Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and implants
- Diagnose and treatment plan complex cases with clinical autonomy
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to practice growth
- Participate in team meetings and practice development initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited dental school
- Active Virginia dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Completion of GPR or post-graduate residency program, OR minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Malpractice insurance (or practice will provide)
- Strong clinical skills across all areas of general dentistry
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
- Team player with positive, professional attitude
Preferred:
- Advanced training in implant dentistry, endodontics, or cosmetic procedures
- Experience with digital workflows and cone beam imaging
- Experience with Orix practice management software
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Interest in practice ownership and long-term partnership
Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
