Job Description:
As a Family Law Legal Assistant at The Trombadore Law Firm, PLLC, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the efficient operation of our marital and family law practice. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
1. Scheduling and Organization:
- Coordinate court events, meetings, and appointments with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a meticulously organized calendar for our legal team.
2. Document Preparation:
- Proficiently compose letters and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Assist in the drafting and formatting of essential legal paperwork.
3. Client Relations:
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable responses to client inquiries.
- Foster strong client relationships by offering exceptional service and support.
4. Legal Research and Discovery:
- Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of legal documents and discovery materials.
- Collaborate with attorneys on research tasks related to family law cases.
5. Court Filings:
- Prepare, review, and file court documents in a timely and precise manner.
- Ensure compliance with all court procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant in the field of family law.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and typing.
- Familiarity with family law procedures and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
