Step into a high-visibility role with an Enterprise Tech Leader to spearhead the digital execution of a massive, flagship virtual event program. You will own the end-to-end webinar pipeline for nearly 300 concurrent sessions, ensuring a seamless digital experience alongside top-tier marketing and web vendors. This is a dynamic opportunity to showcase your technical production expertise on a major corporate stage with immense cross-functional exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Own project plan for ~300 webinar sessions, tracking milestones, deadlines, and dependencies from speaker onboarding through VOD publishing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the video production team, steering committee, and engineering presenters - facilitating alignment meetings, managing escalations, and distributing run-of-show documents.
- Oversee technical setup, rehearsals, and execution of simulive and VOD sessions; troubleshoot issues pre-, during-, and post-event.
- Administer digital event platforms such as vFairs, Socialive, ZoomEvents, Cvent, and Workfront; manage vendor relationships and platform SLAs.
- Enforce brand consistency across all recordings - distribute branded virtual backgrounds, conduct pre-recording checks, and coordinate with the production team on consistent use of lower-thirds, intros/outros, and motion graphics.
- Manage speaker intake, content submissions, and asset reviews; maintain a content library for all recorded sessions.
- Ensure VOD content is cataloged and published on time, including metadata, tagging, and closed captioning.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of dedicated professional experience in digital event production or internal corporate webinar operations.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Zoom Events, vFairs, Workfront, Vimeo, YouTube, and SharePoint file systems.
- Proven portfolio or track record demonstrating the successful management of high-volume virtual asset delivery pipelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Marketing or Video Production preferred), paired with excellent vendor management skills.
