Job Summary
With 17 overnight accommodations, bar, game room, and restaurant onsite, Circle Bar B Guest Ranch, nestled up Refugio Canyon in the Santa Ynez Mountains, is seeking a talented Guest Services expert to join our Front Desk team!
Responsibilities
- Check in Guests, and complete all check in tasks
- Take Reservations via phone
- Process Credit Card Payments, and record Payments
- Bartending/serving guests
- Assisting with Dinner and breakfast service, and setup as needed
- Complete Site Tours with tentative event partners
- Removing trash from bar/workstations areas
- Complete all opening/closing tasks during respective shifts
- Complete property and room inspections
- Anticipate the Guests’ needs while providing excellent service!
Job Details & Requirements:
- $20-$24 Per Hour DOE + tips
- Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner included during each working shift
- Ability to work on nights, weekends, and/or holidays is a must
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages is a must (21 and older)
- Potential gas stipend for commuting, in addition to hourly wage and tips
- Seeking Part Time or Full Time Employment
