Our position is part of a team of sales staff, coordinating with dispatch deliveries, and walk in customers.
This role is essential in driving business growth by managing the quotation process, fostering customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. Ability to read blueprints is very important.

Duties:
- Monitor and research bid opportunities from various sources, and track bid results and client feedback.
- Perform all quote/bid follow-up calls to customers to check on status and potential questions.
- Perform weekly closing ratio for quote/bid follow-ups to customers to check on status.
- Manage all digital and paper copies of quotes and bids.
- Serves on the Inside Sales team by demonstrating features of products and services.
- Responsible for timely follow-throughs and follow-ups with customer's questions.
- Analyze required documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Manage the entire quote lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and follow-up .
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, competitors’ offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Documentation management and ability to learn and use project management tools. (Titan Precast Management Software is utilized at Midwest)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or estimator role preferred , not required.
- Prior work experience in construction and underground utility preferred, not required.
- Ability to read utility plans and drainage plans is a plus!
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer relationship management expertise to foster long-term client partnerships.
- Effective communication skills for clear articulation of proposals and negotiation points.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
