About Balance & Body Restoration
Balance & Body Restoration is a clinician-owned health and wellness clinic dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
Our team provides:
- Physical Therapy
- Massage Therapy
- Strength & Movement Training
We specialize in treating orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, movement dysfunction, post-surgical rehabilitation, and complex musculoskeletal conditions using a whole-body, individualized approach to care.
Our goal is to identify the root cause of pain and movement limitations while helping patients build strength, restore function, and return to the activities they love.
What You'll Do
As our Physical Therapist, you'll:
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and movement assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based treatment
- Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with our wellness team to provide exceptional patient care
- Build lasting relationships with patients who value personalized treatment
- Help grow and expand our cash-based Physical Therapy program
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who:
- Is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting results
- Values quality care over patient volume
- Enjoys treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Loves working one-on-one with patients
- Has excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
- Is committed to continual learning and professional development
- Wants to help build and grow a thriving cash-based Physical Therapy practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for California licensure)
- Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Strong manual therapy skills are preferred, including joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, myofascial release, and other hands-on treatment approaches
- Experience prescribing therapeutic exercise and movement-based rehabilitation
- Cash-based practice experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to mentor the right clinician who is excited to learn this model

Compensation & Benefits
- $70–$100 per hour, based on experience and clinical expertise
- Estimated annual earnings: $75,000–$120,000+
