Assist in maintaining all mechanical systems as well as the general maintenance of the commercial buildings.
Perform necessary maintenance on all mechanical systems.
? Assist in the daily operation and general maintenance requirements of the commercial and residential buildings.
? Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as directed by site management and/or by network Facility Management Office.
? Assist in shipping and receiving activities.
? Perform maintenance on floors when needed.
? Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and client concerns.
