Part-Time Physical Therapist – Flexible Schedule
$65–$75/hour | 1099
MetroCare Providers delivers therapy services within assisted living communities throughout New York State.
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide services in an assisted living facility in Rochester, NY.
This position offers approximately 10–25 hours per week, with a weekly caseload of 15–20 patients. The schedule is flexible and can be structured around your availability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Document services in our EMR system
