Karris Facilitation is seeking a compassionate, highly organized Service Facilitator & Client Advocate in Virginia. In this flexible, independent contractor role, you will empower individuals with special needs by helping them manage their consumer-directed in-home care.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine face-to-face home visits, develop individualized Plans of Care, and train families to manage their personal care assistants.
